Acquisition rules
Cap price by category. Require two independent yes votes for purchases above a threshold. Ban pure speculation outside approved niches.
Renewal gates
Every renewal needs a one-line thesis. If the thesis is stale and no inbound for 24 months, list or drop.
Liquidation
Schedule quarterly cleanup. Use auctions for illiquid inventory and broker outreach for premium assets.
